The award selection process analyzed six key areas of workplace wellness: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analytics. In partnership with health analytics software platform Springbuck, the categories, scoring and benchmarking were formed with the help of a national, non-biased group of representatives from academic, medical, wellness and business communities.
