Philadelphia, PA – November 2, 2018 – On Thursday, November 1, FS Investments hosted the latest stop of the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion™ Check Your Blind Spots national tour, an interactive mobile experience educating visitors about diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias. FS Investments joins more than 500 CEOs and presidents of the country’s leading organizations in championing diversity and inclusion in the workplace and on campus through its partnership with CEO Action.
The Check Your Blind Spots mobile tour is a multimedia experience designed to help enable individuals begin to recognize, acknowledge and minimize potential blind spots. Making stops at both university and corporate signatory campuses across the country, the tour aims to help facilitate more open and honest conversations in our university communities and workplaces. Past tour stops include Express Scripts, AT&T and UPS along with visits to Marist College, Pennsylvania State University and the University of Missouri campuses, among others.

FS Investments is deepening its commitment to diversity and inclusion, recently convening a council of employees to lead the effort internally and set goals for the firm across several areas, including hiring processes, employee resource groups and vendor diversity.
The tour stop was open to all employees at FS Investments as well as all businesses in the Navy Yard. More than 210 people attended and interacted with the exhibit.
