On Tuesday, March 23, 2021, we hosted a virtual open house for FS employees to learn more about our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). Our growing, employee-led network of ERGs focuses on building a more diverse, welcoming and inclusive organization. Attendees learned about each group’s mission, current goals and opportunities to get involved.

Seeks to advance women in financial services by providing access to career development, civic engagement, and educational and networking opportunities
