2018 Highlights
- Net income of approximately $1.5 million exceeded distributions of $1.3 million paid during the quarter ended December 31, 2018.
- Net income of approximately $4.0 million exceeded distributions paid of approximately $3.9 million during the year ended December 31, 2018.
- Net asset value (NAV) increased across all share classes during the quarter ended December 31, 2018 despite volatility in the public equity and fixed income markets.1
