Onboarding
We view onboarding as a journey that extends beyond simply understanding the ins and outs of our offices, policies and procedures. Starting on day 1, we give our new hires the resources and tools they need to get the most out of their first 90 days and plan for their continued development and success at FS.
Student and early career programs
We provide a range of opportunities for early career talent, including internship and co-op programs, as well as entry-level roles across all areas of our organization.
Our co-op and summer internship programs are intentionally small and selective, with a strong track record of converting participants into full-time positions. Co-ops and interns receive the same resources as our full-time team members, including access to professional development, on-the-job skills training, and chances to volunteer within the local community.

Our headquarters is in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, a dynamic campus committed to sustainability. We designed our LEED Gold Certified building to inspire collaboration, creativity and healthy living. Our offices globally share the same energizing environment. We extend this support to our colleagues across the globe through mindset coaching, fitness consultations and healthy on-the-road nutrition guides.
