Student and early career programs
Our co-op and summer internship programs are small, selective and have a successful conversion rate into full- and part-time opportunities. Our co-ops and interns have access to the same resources as our full-time employees, including professional development opportunities, on-the-job skills training and opportunities to volunteer in the local community through the FS Foundation.
Our headquarters is in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, a dynamic campus committed to sustainability. We designed our LEED Gold Certified building to inspire collaboration, creativity and healthy living. Our offices in New York, Washington, DC, and Orlando share the same energizing environment. We extend this support to our remote colleagues across the country through mindset coaching, fitness consultations and healthy on-the-road nutrition guides.
