Working at FS

We’re innovative. We’re nimble. We’re learners.

Working here

We’re all leaders. Regardless of our roles or positions, we hold ourselves accountable for doing right by our colleagues, driving with purpose, embracing the future and delivering results.

Professional development

Whether it’s through supporting leadership transitions, preparing employees for their next role, or enabling them to strengthen and expand their skill sets, we take an individualized approach to learning and development.

Our size allows us to be agile in exploring opportunities for mobility across the company. We encourage development through on-the-job experiential learning, cross-functional training, and internal and external professional development opportunities.

We view onboarding as a journey that extends beyond simply understanding the ins and outs of our offices, policies and procedures. Starting on day 1, we give our new hires the resources and tools they need to get the most out of their first 90 days and plan for their continued development and success at FS.

Student and early career programs

Our co-op and summer internship programs are small, selective and have a successful conversion rate into full- and part-time opportunities. Our co-ops and interns have access to the same resources as our full-time employees, including professional development opportunities, on-the-job skills training and opportunities to volunteer in the local community through the FS Foundation.

Our offices

Our headquarters is in the Philadelphia Navy Yard, a dynamic campus committed to sustainability. We designed our LEED Gold Certified building to inspire collaboration, creativity and healthy living. Our offices in New York and Orlando share the same energizing environment. We extend this support to our colleagues across the country through mindset coaching, fitness consultations and healthy on-the-road nutrition guides.
