The Future Standard Foundation:
Philanthropy at our firm

WE BELIEVE LEADERSHIP IS MULTIFACETED

We give back to our communities through volunteerism, charitable support and nonprofit board service—while also incubating emerging organizations that are advancing a more just and equitable future.
DOING MORE

Investing in
employee giving

We provide our employees with the resources they need to foster civic responsibility and community engagement.

Making a difference: Employee volunteer program

We offer monthly volunteer opportunities and ongoing in-office events. And every employee gets three days of paid time off each year to dedicate to service events. Future Standard volunteers have completed over 10,600 hours of volunteer service.

Amplifying impact: Matching charitable gifts

We offer a one-to-one match on employee contributions to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations. Employees made 50 matched donations this past year.

Sharing expertise: Board service

Our colleagues offer their insight and experience to help organizations grow and thrive. We offer employees both board training and placement opportunities, investing in professional growth while strengthening our communities.
