FS Inclusion Council
On the FS Inclusion Council, employees from teams throughout the firm and across levels of seniority work to ensure our culture embraces diversity, values inclusivity and fosters a sense of belonging.
Employee Resource Groups
Our growing, colleague-led Employee Resource Groups focus on building a more diverse, welcoming and inclusive organization by spearheading partnerships with affinity and charitable organizations, leading personal and professional development opportunities for our existing employees, and helping to attract and retain new colleagues to the firm.
FS Heroes
FS Heroes serves our growing network of military service members, recruits new veterans to the firm and supports the veteran community.
FS In Color
FS In Color creates opportunities for the development, retention and advancement of people of color both within our firm and the industry at large.
FS Pride
FS Pride ensures FS Investments is a place that welcomes all colleagues, clients and communities to be authentic to their true selves.
FS Women’s Network
FS Women’s Network seeks to advance women in financial services by providing access to career development, civic engagement, educational and networking opportunities.
FS Family Network
FS Family Network aims to instill a sense of confidence and optimism in our colleagues about the ability to balance caregiving and career responsibilities, offering support to parents, caregivers and allies through all the stages of our family lives.
Supplier diversity
Our supplier diversity initiative is aimed at developing a more inclusive approach to procuring goods and services. This helps to drive equity within the asset management industry and among industry-related suppliers. We are proud to actively seek out minority-owned vendors, including companies owned by BIPOC, women, members of the LGBTQ+ communities, veterans and disabled individuals.
DEIB education
Firmwide learning is an essential part of building inclusivity into every aspect of life at FS Investments. Most recently, we engaged in a DEIB curriculum, jointly developed with industry leader Paradigm, to provide tools and strategies to help us build an organization anchored in inclusive leadership.
