Are your investments held through broker-controlled or NSCC positions? If so, you need to work with your financial professional or firm to update your address or phone number.

All others can update their address or phone number online:

  1. Go to the Investor login.
  2. For help setting up a new account, please reference our Overview.
  3. Navigate to the “Account Profile page” and select “Contact Information”.
  4. Select the “Edit” button under the section you want to update and fill in the updated information.

To update your address or phone number with paper documents, complete and return the account maintenance form. Please note, your broker-dealer or clearing firm may have firm-specific forms and/or may require additional documentation. Please contact your financial professional or firm for more information.
