Mr. Heller is the Executive Chairman and CEO of Cozen O’Connor, where he also serves on the Management Committee. Mr. Heller was an early investor and remains a principal owner of The Beachbody Company, Inc., one of the leading connected fitness and direct marketing companies in the country, and he was one of the original principal owners of the Valley Forge Casino and Resort. Mr. Heller formerly served as a board member of a number of funds sponsored by FS Investments and is currently a member of the board of directors of The Beachbody Company, Inc. and Hanover Fire and Casualty Co. He is also the incoming Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Villanova Law School and sits on several other nonprofit boards, including Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia and Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT). Mr. Heller graduated summa cum laude from Penn State University and magna cum laude from Villanova Law School, where he was a law review editor and a member of the Order of the Coif.
