Mr. Cozen is the founder and chairman of Cozen O’Connor. A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the International Association of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Cozen serves on numerous public, private and charitable boards, including Haverford Trust Company, ABR Reinsurance Capital Holdings, Ltd, The National Museum of American Jewish History, the University of Pennsylvania’s Law School Board of Overseers and is Chairman of the USC Shoah Foundation Institute. He was a former longtime member of the Boards of Global Indemnity PLC and Assured Guaranty Corp. Mr. Cozen earned his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
