PHILADELPHIA, August 7, 2023 – Lisa Detwiler, Managing Director and General Counsel at FS Investment Solutions, LLC, has been appointed as a Commissioner of the Pennsylvania Governor’s Advisory Commission on Women.
The Commission was established by Governor Josh Shapiro to gather information regarding Pennsylvania women’s experiences and needs, review, evaluate and assess programs affecting them, provide the Governor with information and recommendations regarding how best to meet their needs and provide information about programs and services that may be relevant to Pennsylvania women’s needs.
Detwiler has held numerous civic and charitable roles and is deeply engaged in her local community. She is the immediate past president of The Forum of Executive Women and serves on several civic and charitable boards, including the Riddle HealthCare Foundation, the Committee of Seventy, the Reinvestment Fund, the Forum Foundation and as an advisory board member of Biospring Partners.
