Are your investments held through broker-controlled or NSCC positions? If so, you need to work with your financial professional or firm to update your address or phone number.

All others can update their address or phone number online:

1. Go to the Investor login (you can also find it under the “Resources” menu in the “Account access + FAQs” section).
2. For help setting up a new account, please reference our overview.
3. Navigate to the “Account Profile page” and select “Contact Information”.
4. Select the “Edit” button under the section you want to update and fill in the updated information.

To update your address or phone number with paper documents, complete and return the account maintenance form.
