      Providing access to Philadelphia students and their families
      In partnership with the University of Pennsylvania, FS Investments’ co-branded financial literacy program combines in-class financial literacy curriculum, an after-school program with an entrepreneurial focus and multigenerational learning for students and adults. Through the program, FS volunteers serve as instructors and mentors to young men and women throughout the Philadelphia region.

      Orlando day of service
      Orlando volunteers partnered with GreenUp Orlando, a division of Orlando Parks and Recreation dedicated to improving the city’s parks and neighborhoods.     Our programs

    Employee service program

    We aim to support our non-profit partners and the individuals those partners serve through monthly volunteer events and ongoing in-office service opportunities. FS employees may participate in up to three paid days of community service each year in addition to ongoing in-office programs.

    Charitable giving matching program

    We support our employees in their personal charitable giving by offering a 1:1 match to contributions made to qualifying 501(c)(3) organizations.

    Disaster relief matching programs

    In the event of a natural disaster, the FS Foundation will contribute match funds to an employee-selected organization that provides disaster relief and/or emergency management services.

    Board service initiative

    We offer board training and placement programs to employees seeking non-profit board service opportunities.
