PHILADELPHIA, January 16, 2024 – FS Investments, a $76 billion1 global alternative asset manager, today announced Kevin Silva has joined the firm as Global Head of Institutional Business Development. Mr. Silva will serve on the firm’s Executive Committee and report into Co-President Enrico Gaglioti. Mr. Silva’s responsibilities include strengthening existing and building new institutional client relationships around the globe and exploring new channels for institutional client development.

Mr. Silva most recently served as head of the Strategic Partners Group at MSD Partners, an investment adviser created out of Michael Dell’s family office, where he led capital raising and client service efforts across the firm’s private equity, private credit, real estate and growth investment platform. Mr. Silva began his career in the Asset Management Division at Goldman Sachs and spent 12 years at Och-Ziff Capital Management in a variety of increasingly senior investor relations and client service roles, ultimately serving as Head of Strategic Relationships for the firm. He later served as Global Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Carlson Capital and Bardin Hill Investment Partners.
